Where in Chargestone Cave do you get funfest misson, "Find Shining Ores!"?

How do you get it/who do you talk to?

When you first entered the cave, did you see a jump ledge with a Lady nearby? She's the person you talk to. You have to go downstairs, then as far to the left as you can, then back up to reach her.
