Where is TM31 (Brick Break) in Diamond & Pearl?

It's TM 31, and you can get it at The Oreburgh Gate (a small cave that is located on the west side of Oreburgh City) once you have Rock Smash.

Also,you can get it at the battle tower by exchanging it for 40 battle points.
