Is there a Brick Break TM in Pokemon Black 2?

Yes there is, but unfortunately you can't find it in the field like you can in the original Black and White. In BW2, you can only get the TM for Brick Break at the Pokemon World Tournament or Battle Subway for 12 Battle Points.
