Can you get EVs from PWT and battle subway?

So I got myself a lev100 Latias from GTS and it turns out it has no EVs on it. Ive been doing PWT and battle subway and wanted to know if Ive been slowly getting EVs because I want to EV Hp and speed.

No, just like you don't get exp points. You could hack your game, though.
