The only way I can change the form of Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus is by catching them in the Pokemon Dream Radar?

Ok guys my real question is if I can change the form of these Pokemons that I obtained from the old Pokemon black/white version with the Reflecting Mirror key item.

You need their other forms to obtain the Reflecting Mirror. So yes the only way you can change their forms is by Dream Radar.
