Best nature and personality for Rhyhorn?

I need to know for its attack and defence stat please. And are there any other stat reccomendations and please explain why. Thankyou

Nature: Adamant
Personality: Like to thrash about

For Defense:

Nature: Impish
Personality: Capable of taking hits

Here is a perferred moveset(LC I am supposing):

128 HP/ 128 Atk/ 252 Def

Earthquake
Stone Edge
Curse
Thunder Fang
