Fizzcube, sorry but your wrong. Yes you can't get Genesect and Meloetta for Pokedex 3D but for Pokedex 3D Pro, you can do by following this:
Like Pokédex 3D, Pokédex 3D Pro doesn't include all of the 649 Pokémon within the game from the get-go, instead having all Pokémon from Bulbasaur to Keldeo when you go live, thus missing out Meloetta and Genesect. However, Meloetta and Genesect haven't been completely ignored within the game. There is a special way to unlock them, different to before.
The method here is via a special password that is used in the Pokémon Challenge area of the game. Put the password in one of the Pokémon Challenge slots of 37-39 and finish the quiz. Upon completion of the quiz, the Pokémon will be unlocked for use within the AR Viewer and showing their entire Pokédex details. They will also then be in the Pokémon Challenge.
