No Ditto copies the stat of the said Pokemon, Zoura and Zoroark do not. Also when ditto takes damage it doesnt change back. Other than those things they are the same.

Zorua/Zoroark And Ditto have different transformation properties. A ditto copies the moves, stats and appearance of the Pokemon that it can see.

Zorua/Zoroark Copy the Pokemon that is at the back of Your party. Zorua/Zoruark Will retain its own stats and moves. This is effective if you have a fighting type at the back of your party and your opponent is using a psychic Pokemon. They will use a psychic move which will be rendered in-effective (Immune) To the Zoroark.

No,they are not the same Pokemon.Zorua and zoroark have Illusion as ability.

When a Pokemon with the Illusion ability switches into battle, it takes the form of the Pokemon in last place (6th) of the player's party. Illusion will not activate if the Pokemon in last place is the same species or is fainted.

Ditto can only learn transform as a move which transforms into the Pokemon which it sees.So if a Pokemon attacks ditto when it is transformed,it wont change back to ditto.
