Yes. Gothita, Gothorita, Gothitelle, Sentret, Furret, Stantler, Shuppet, Banette, Yanmega, and Yanma can learn Theif an have the Ability Frisk. Actually the only Pokemon with frisk that cannot is Wigglytuff.

Igglybuff can learn Covet via breedig and all the evolution line via Move Tutor tho, which basically do the same thing.
