Is there any way for me to teach my skuntank gunk shot or another powerful poison type move in Pokemon Black 2?

It already knows sludge bomb and I am willing to replace that.

Well,skunktank cant learn gunk shot.So the strongest move it can learn is sludge bomb which has a power of 90.But I would recommend you to have Poison jab as skunktank dosent have a good SpA.Its power is 80 and has a 30% chance of poisoning the target.So use poison jab.
