They sure are fake,there's no way this could happen.If you see carefully you will notice that the graphics of the Legendary Birds beams don't fit in the graphics of the game.Also Lugia's sprite is from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon,as well as the Legendary Birds.And how could a Kimono Girl follow you underwater and Without Pokemon ? Also legendaries can't lay eggs.And for the second video,you can't catch Ho-OH in BW 2.And the funny thing is that HO-OH's theme starts before the battle.So my answer is NO.These videos are fake made probably by Action Replay or Hack.
