Is it possible to battle in the Limbo tier?

I was wondering if you can actually battle in Limbo, or if it's just a useless low life cretin tier with no value whatsoever. If so you'd probably have to make a team full of Darmanian-Z's right?

Limbo is a tier where they put Pokemon that they haven't decided where they should go. Its all up to the people battling whether you could use them, or what tier they would be in, but normally they can only be used in Ou battling.

So,it is not possible to battle in the limbo tier,but the Pokemon in that tier can be used in OU.
