Clefairy and Jigglypuff are the only two to get the ability, aside from their baby forms or Happiny. Clefairy will provide you with the most overall balance, whereas Jigglypuff and Happiny are about even for special defense support, all of them taking the eviolite into account. Though it this point, it's a bit of a stretch to use these guys just for the ability, seeing that none of them are really all that bulky to begin with.
