hippowdon beacayse tyranitar has to many weaknesses and fighting is insta kill.

Tyranitar By Far.

It has a waaay batter movepool, stats, and it can also win the weather war with beneficial EV's and natures. It has nice Attacking stats too, meaning it can potentially become the sand setter and a physcial sweeper.

Hippodown is more of a Toxic staller and really won't do much good paired with Excadrill.

either way tyranitar is still better just put a eject button with him and u have free 4 turns for excadrill not to be attacked if he moves first
