How can you see a Vulpix without actually going to the Abundant Shrine?

Lass Shannon on Route 3 should have one. Otherwise, you'd have to organise a trade with someone you know or migrate one from an earlier game.

Vulpix can only be caught in the Abundant Shrine, but there is Vulpix obtainable in the DW. I believe for 6000 DW points and its in Plesent Forest.
