Where is the razor claw in pokemon platinum?

Read you could find it with the dowsing machine in the

team galactic building which floor is it on.

i already used one but know I want to train one from scratch.

The previous answer is wrong. You can get Razor Claw in the following places:

• Team Galactic Headquarters [On the right-hand side of Cyrus's office (hidden)]
• Victory Road [near the exit]
• Route 224 [On the strip of land reached by surfing south from the beach]
• Battle Frontier [48 BP]

If you want the exact location of Razor Claw in Galactic Headquarters, you can refer this Youtube video. Refer from 3:00. It is available in the room right of the place where you battle Cyrus.

There's no Razor Claw in galactic building... all you need is find it in:
1. Victory Road
2. Route 224, or
3. buy it in Battle frontier for 48 BP (wasting time)...
