OU RU UU Uber etc. I don't know them all which is why I wrote etc.

They are tiers. Here's my source and more about them.
They are tiers, they basically classify Pokemon. Uber is the most strongest to OU to UU to RU to NU to PU to NFE to LC. There are also some other tiers like Cap, hackmons, and glitchmons.
