Here is a list, up to date as of S/V, showing the Pokemon with the highest in each base stat, excluding unobtainable forms, with a non-mega option when necessary;

• HP: Blissey at 255
• Attack: Mega Heracross at 185, followed by Kartana at 181
• Defense: Shuckle at 230
• Sp. Attack: Mega Mewtwo X, followed by a tie between Primal Kyogre, Mega Rayquaza, and Attack Form Deoxys at 180
• Sp. Defense: Shuckle at 230
• Speed: Regieleki at 200
• Total: Tied between Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon at 770
