Skill Link!!! I have been swept soooo many times by Skill Link+Tail Slap Cincccino, It's not funny. :/ Technician is good, but you can't beat a Sub breaking Tail Slap+Skill Link combo, IMO.

Running Technician would be stupid. Cinccino is there to sweep, so take advantage of it.
Multi-hits break subs and setup sweepers, a dangerous threat in RU.

Technician {(2 x 3 / 8) + (3 x 3 / 8) + (4 / 8) + (5 / 8)} x 1.5 = 4.5 Average = 25 x 4.5 = 112.5 average base power
