Is there a way to make your Rival/PKMN Trainer "Red" a Higher level to battle?

I know on Platinum that you need to Defeat the Elite 4 + the Champion 20 times to battle Rival "Berry" up to the level 70s-80s.

But I want to know is there a way to Battle your Rival or Pokemon Trainer "Red" up to a Higher and more Challenging Level.

Nope, Red is in the 80s for good. Your rival you can face at his most powerful at the Indigo Plattue (or however it is spelled, just know it is the building the Elite 4 is in) after you do the Double-Battle with him.
