Is there a cheat to make a 2-turn attack just 1?

Nope.

You can cheat for unlimited Power Herbs, which is an item that allows the charge turn to be bypassed. You can only use one per battle, however.

Well, I mean 999, then after you run out, replenish it, etc.

Does the Power Herb disappear after the battle, as in can never be used again and can only be used once, or does it replenish after the battle so that it could be used for a different battle?
