Full Pokedex? You get the national Pokedex in B2W2 which is essentially the full list of Pokemon there is. Do you mean that?

Nobody knows when the 6th Gen full Pokedex will be released, except GameFreak. Also, if you're talking about the sequel of Pokedex 3D, which is Pokedex 3D Pro, it's already released and buyable on the Nintendo EShop.
