I was typing with one hand, and I answered less than a minute after you. Stop turning this into a competition, and just answer questions, which is what this site is meant to be.
And why do you always search for worthless excuses?!??!?!
And why do you always make a fuss when I get UV/ BA? I searched up Bulbapedia's article on Moxie because I wanted a linkable source to back up my info. That's why I take 30 seconds longer to post an answer than you do. Seriously, stop making a molehill out of nothing.

When a Pokémon with Moxie causes another Pokémon (including allies) to faint through direct damage, its Attack rises by one stage.

As long as it's direct damage, yes, Moxie will activate.
