Should I get Bisharp for my team in Pokemon Black 2 or something else?

Question

My team right now has Flygon, Exploud, Eelecktross, Breloom, and Archeops. If so what else?

Bisharp would do nicely although Scizor would do even more nicely but I know that because this is in-game Scizor is hard to obtain. Bisharp / Scizor would cover Ice Types for your team and Bisharp can deal with the Psychic types that may threaten Breloom.

Item: Leftovers
Adamant Nature
EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 204 Spe
Moveset
~ Swords Dance
~ Sucker Punch
~ Substitute
~ Iron Head

I have put EVs there but I know that you probally won't use them seen as EV training In-Game is a pain.
