It depends on what your team needs. If you need a late game sweeper and revenge killer that hits hard, a Choice Scarf variant will suit you best, but if you already have a scarfer or your team is already very fast, and you want a wall breaker that is decently fast and hits like a train, a Choice Band version will suit you quite nicely. Also, on the CB variant, Quick Attack > Earthquake, and Adamant > Jolly ;)
