Would Synchronize spread a burn from Flame Orb?

My Umbreon with Synchronize held a Flame Orb? Would the opponent be burned?

No, self-inflicted status won't pass on the opponent. As per Bulbapedia (emphasis mine):

Synchronize can be activated by other Pokémon's Abilities, such as Static, but cannot be activated by the Toxic Orb or Flame Orb.
