Is Meloetta at the place where Zoroark guarding at Victory Road?

I have got to the part in black 2 where the Zoroark is guarding an entrance on Victory Road. The Pokemon won't move, and I'm wondering if it is guarding Meloetta. I'd expect it would move after I beat the game

Question: Is it really guarding Meloetta?

Nope.
It's guarding N's castle, where you can visit to obtain your Light / Dark Stone and battle N.

no.
that zoroak is guarding the N's castle . the zoroak will take you inside the cave after you defeat the champion and this cave is connected to the N's castle. there you get to fight him. he has zekrom LV 70. by defeating him we receive the dark stone.

           but there's no meloletta in the cave that the zoroak is guarding.
