What Type is the fastest on Average note?

So I really cannot be bothered to do the Math FOR EVERY SINGLE TYPE. So I want to know which type on average is the fastest.

Flying type, with an average of 82.55 overall and 90.96 with fully evolved Pokemon included only. Electric comes a close second in both however.
