Is the City of Dragons in the games at all?

I think Iris's hometown is called the City of Dragons but it could be Town of Dragons but whatever. It shows up in the anime but I haven't seen it on any of the maps in the game. I was wondering if it doesn't show up on the map until you have discovered it or something like that...
