Because I remember that someone told me that if you release your Pokemon, in the wild you can find it again. So can you?

Wrong. You can never find that exact Pokemon again. (Well, you can, but the chances of it having the exact same IV's as the one you released are about 1 in over 200,000.)

Or Wrong. I used to think this as well. I confused it with that Pokeball symbol next to it's HP gauge.
Yeah I guess I shouldn't have said lying.
