Why can't Mewtwo learn Psychic?!(In Black and White)?

I mean, it's a psychic type,and most psychic types in-game can learn psychic....

It can? at level 64 it learns Psychic, it can also learn it through TM as well.

really...Well,I looked at the generation 5 TM learnset for Mewtwo and it isn't there...

Then you must have a faulty web browser or something. I see that Mewtwo can learn Psychic, both at  level 64 and TM 29.
