Is this a glitch? Again?

Sometimes, when I'm at a correct tile to call Yancy, I can call her twice in the same tile. Is this a glitch?

Erm, from what I understand. Yes, it sounds like a glitch.
You can only call Yancy at a certain tile once. Before you meet here at the Ferris Wheel.
After that you can stand on any of the tiles again and call here.
Becareful though because the tile that you need to stand on is randomly picked from the ones that allow you to call here.

If you haven't seen Yancy at the Ferris Wheel yet then yes its a glitch.
If you have seen her at the Ferris Wheel then no it isn't.
