My Volcarona used to have Quiver Dance, but I forgot it. When I use a heart scale, it can't learn it again. It only wants to learn Ember, String Shot, Leech Life, and Gust.
i dont see any way to get it back as of now, but you should train it to get feiry dance because it attacks too.
