What are the requriments to can use dream world?

Like you need to have the game on nintendo ds not on hacking verision or what your progress you need to do in the game?

2. An trainer account on pokemon.com (free signup).
3. A wireless internet connection that you can connect to with your DS.
4. A desktop computer and web browser with Flash installed (most computers come with this).
5. Lots of patience ;)
