In all reality you cant transfer anyway considering the fact that the rangers only "Capture" the pokemon using their stylers and not a pokeball. The pokemon are released from the stylers control eventually so in all reality it is impossible to Poketransfer from a ranger series game (or mystery dungeon) due to this. That is my VERY logical explanation >:|
