Does Normalize STAB the "Normalized" moves ?

Question

I mean: Normalize make every attack that the user (Skitty/Delcatty) know, not it ?
If so, would a "Normalized" Flamethrower going from Delcattty takes STAB, being the same type as Delcatty ? And if a Muk Gastro Acid it will it be the real, fire type Flamethrower ?

• Moves will ALWAYS be STAB when used by a Pokemon with Normalize.
• Gastro Acid would make it Fire type.
