Do normal types get stab on normal attacks?

Lets say an evee used tackle. Would it recieve a stab bonus, or would the power still be 50?

Yes, it would receive a STAB bonus, making it 75. Basically, the STAB is equal to 1.5 damage bonus. You multiply 1.5 to 50 to get 75. See Link here for more information.
