Where can I find a Rufflet in Black 2? Can I?

As people may know, I'm trying to catch all the Pokemon In black 2, and I wanted to know if I am able to if I can find a Rufflet in Black 2? I'm Pretty sure You can find it on Route 23, but I'm not sure if I can find it in Black 2 or I have to trade with someone who has one. And I can, What are the chances of finding a Rufflet? Can Someone Please help me?Thank you to whoever answers!

Sadly, you are getting confused with White 2 version (in only white 2 route 23 you can find Rufflet) In Black 2 you can only get Vullaby/Mandibuzz.

You will have to trade with someone for a Rufflet
