Where are all the NPCs in Black and White 2 that ask to see your Habitat List?

In Black and White 2, there are a couple of NPCs scattered around the region that ask to see a completed Habitat List of whatever area you are in. Where are they all located and what rewards do they give?

There are 4 NPCs scattered throughout Unova that will ask you for your Habitat List. In order, there is

• a girl in Virbank Complex, who will give you 5 Great Balls upon completion
• a scientist in Reversal Mountain, who will give you the TM for False Swipe upon completion
• a scientist in Pinwheel Forest, who will give you 5 Nest Balls upon completion
• a school kid on Route 3, who will give you 5 Dive Balls upon completion
