Can I see Latios at White 2 to add it to Pokedex?

I really want to trade my Latias to Latios but I can't because I haven't seen Latios yet.

You cannot I am afraid see Latios in White 2. I am afraid you will have to resort asking someone or using the "negotiations" feature on GTS.
