How do you find latios in Pokemon white 2?

I found a latias at the dreamyard so can you find latios also?

No. Latios is exclusive to Black 2. To get Latios, I'd suggest trading with a friend who has Black 2 and is willing. Or you could get Black 2 yourself, beat the game, then trade to yourself.
