After you beat soulsilver, what is a good high lv. Pokemon you can catch in the game?

Please help! my highest lv. Pokemon in the game right now is a moltres lv. 50 :(

after you beat all the gym leaders you can cet level 60-65s in cerulean cave and a level 70 mewtwo

It is possible to find Larvitar in Pokemon Soul Silver. I have one for myself. Although, you have a 1 in 20 chance to find it in Mt. Silver.

Mt. Silver 1F (Back Room) at level: 15, 20 (5%)
