If I chose Torchic as my starter Pokemon, is there any way of seeing a Treecko?

You see, , I'm trying to complete the hoenn pokedex., but I can't find a treecko grovyle or sceptile anywhere. Who knows where to find them? I chose torchic as my starter, so I need to see a treecko to complete the pokedex

The only way you would be able to see them is if you trade for them.
