How do I get to the Relic Castle in Black 2?

I am trying to catch a Baltoy (in Black 2), but I cant get to the 6th floor (basement). What do I do?

There are two options to get into Relic Castle. I suggest going there from Relic Passage (which I think is reached by the tunnel accessed near the Pokemon World Tournament).
