Which Pokemon do you breed Scyther with in white to get steel wing on it ?

i'm looking to get a scyther with steel wing to show pesky rock types who's boss with my scythers

TBH you should evolve it to Scizor to teach it Bullet Punch but that wasn't the question lol

To get it you need a Pokemon from Gen IV with it they are:

Syther, Scizor, Yanma, Yanmega, Gligar, Gliscor, Vibrava, and Flygon

Steel wing is available as a Tm in generation four. Any male Pokemon of those listed below can be thought steel wing in gen four and transferred up to white to breed on the move to your Scyther

-Scyther, Scizor
-Gligar, gliscor
-Yanma, Yanmega
-Vibrava, Flygon

However, I would personally just use brick break, a fighting type of similar power, for scythers rock coverage, as it is a Tm in gen v and gets better coverage in general.
