I need a Pokemon whose EV's only need to be devoted to attack and speed. Adamant natured. A good example is Weavile. Pros and cons are appreciated as well.
Thank you :D

Dragonite @ Leftovers / Lum Berry / Yache Berry
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD /252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- IcePunch

Dragonite is the best setup sweeper in the game because it's ability Multiscale which almost always allows a turn of setup. Dragon Claw is a good STAB choice, Earthquake and Ice Punch are for coverage. Yache kinda sponges an ice move, Lum can absorb a status, and lefties keeps up the survivability.

Pros: You'll always get up a DD unless you're taking a seriously powerful hit.

Cons: Weak to Stealth Rock which can break your Multiscale.

I was going to say dragonite until I read this. I usually use Dragon Dance, Outrage, Fire Punch, And Extremespeed.

Well, assuming your not limited by tiers, I think sand rush Excadrill takes the cake.

Excadrill

Excadrill@life orb/lum berry
Ability: sand rush
Nature: adamant
Evs: 4 hp 252 atk 252 spd
Swords dance
Earthquake
Rock slide/iron head/shadow claw
X scissor/sandstorm

Preferably you'll have Ttar or Hippo on your team to set up permanent sand, but excadrill can do it himself too. Swords dance is the standard boosting move, doubling his already ridiculous attack, and under sand, his ok speed reaches ludicrous levels under sand, where nothing but opposing sand rush sweepers, deoxys s and extremely fast scarfers will outspeed him. He has good natural bulk so no defensive investment is needed. He doesn't have any real hazard problems, is immune to toxic and thunder wave, and can even learn rapid spin! Just watch out for will o wisp, opposing excadrill, and super effective priority.

Now, lets assume you are limited to Ou. Here's a favorite of mine

Haxorus

Haxorus@choice band
Ability: mold breaker
Nature: adamant
Evs: 4 hp 252 atk 252 spd
Outrage
Low kick
Earthquake/Aqua tail
Dual chop

This is what power is. Sure you may ask why Kyurem B isn't better fit for the job, but with better physical steel coverage and a slight speed advantage, haxorus still has its merits. With decent speed and a monstrous attack, haxorus is a true terror. Outrage and low kick will likely be your main moves, outrage for everthing but steels (and fairies) and low kick for the heavy steels. Aqua tail and earthquake can also nail steel types, and dual chop is good against substitute.

One more: probably my favorite physical scarfer. And, it's UU.

Darmanitan

Darmanitan@choice scarf
Ability: sheer force
Nature: adamant
Evs: 4 hp 252 atk 252 spd
Flare blitz
Superpower/earthquake
Rock slide/fire punch
U turn

Darmanitan is commonly seen running a scarf set, and for good reason. Base 145 atk is scary, even unboosted, and base 95 speed, while decent, makes darmanitan quite fast with a scarf. Also, sheer force boosted flare blitz is ridiculously op. Plus darmanitan's powerful you turns allow for easy switches.

Infernape is your future Pokemon. Get Iron Fist if possible.

Infernape @ Choice Band

252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Mach Punch
Thunderpunch
Flare Blitz
Close Combat

Garchomp FTW!!

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf / Band
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Outrage / Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Aqua Tail
I really like choice Garchomp. It strikes hard and fast like you said.

Or you could use a Staraptor, which I love and I think it should get more use.

Staraptor @ Choice Scarf / Band
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature / Jolly Nature (Jolly is better usually)
- Brave Bird
- Close Combat
- Double Edge
- U-Turn

Now for Pros and Cons:

Staraptor:

Pros:

  • Great Sweeping potential
  • Amazing Ability in Reckless, Powers up Brave Bird and Double Edge
  • I dunno, it's just awesome

Cons:

  • SR weakness
  • Not the best speed in the world

Garchomp:

Pros:

  • Amazing attack stat
  • Fantastic typing
  • Decent defenses
  • Can run mixed if you wish

Cons:

  • Not the best speed either

There are many more to choose from, But these are two of my favorites. Hope I helped!

One other Con of Staraptor is that both double edge and Brave Bird have recoil damage. So he doesn't last as long as other sweepers.

My choice for a Physical sweeper would be Lucario. I like them as they make for a phenomenal physical or special sweeper.

Lucario
Abilities: Inner Focus, Steadfast, Justified

Can learn powerful STAB moves such as Close Combat, Iron Tail, Cross Chop, and Hi Jump Kick

Can learn other powerful move types such as Blaze Kick, Zen Headbutt, Crunch, Earthquake and Stone Edge.

Can multi-hit moves to cut through certain abilities and item usages such as Dual Chop and Bone Rush

Can learn priority moves such as Bullet Punch, Quick Attack, Vacuum Wave, and Extremespeed

My recommended item choice is a Choice Scarf to up its Speed to abnormal levels, and as you said, maxed Atk/Spd EVs with Adamant nature.

However, as it's a Sweeper build it can be taken down as it has a pretty low defensive score in both Def/Sp.Def. It has weaknesse of Fire, Ground, and Fighting, so unless you use one with multi-hit move Bone Rush it stands little chance versus Pokemon with Focus Sash or the ability Sturdy.

Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
EVs 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
- Sacred Sword

This Swordman will help you to find your way to victory

Mienshao

Mineshao@King's Rock
Ability:Regenerator
Nature:Adamant
-Fake Out
-U-Turn
-High Jump Kick
-Stone Edge

In general Mienshao is a fast Pokemon, plus it has a great attack stat.
Fake out is to damage the opponent and make it flinch(Unless it has the ability Inner Focus)
U-Turn is to activate its ability
High Jump Kick is a great fighting type move that does a great amount of damage, even if you miss regenerator will help recover some of that lost HP
Stone edge will get rid of flying type weakness.

Hope this helped :)

Aura Sphere is a special attack. I'd recommend High Jump Kick, even though you lose 1/2 health if it misses. Regenerator can heal some of that damage. Plus, it is very powerful.

My answer would be Mega Beedrill. It has an amazing ability, Adaptability, which allows it to take stab moves like U-Turn and Poison Jab from just effective, to deadly. This is my set.

Beedrill-Mega @ Beedrillite
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Poison Jab
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Drill Run

Now, a couple things to watch out for:

Hazards: These kill mons like Beedrill in a heartbeat. Stealth rocks especially. Since Beedrill has no defense what-so-ever, it can only take 1 hit at full Hp, sometimes not even.

Fast Fire/Flying types: Watch out for talonflames, Pidgeots, and things that burn and soar. They will kill you in a heartbeat, especially if they have things like Flame Charge. Most of the time, they will outspeed you, and you will die quickly.

Will-O-Wisp: This is a big problem for Beedrill, as he is based on knocking out and getting out. So getting burned is a big problem, as his attack is halved. To prevent this, I would reccomend mons like Vaporeon, who can use Heal Bell and wish effectively.

Anyway, Bedrill is what I would call a waymaker, though it is a good hitter. Waymaker, As in, it makesthe way for mons like Garchomp and Kingdra to sweep the whole team, since you've already killed the fairies that would block them.

Medicham @Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe
Nature: Adamant/ Jolly

  • High Jump Kick
  • Ice Punch
  • Fake Out
  • Zen Headbutt

Medicham and its evolution line are the only Pokemon, as far as now, who have the ability Pure Power, which doubles the attack stat during battle. With 252 atk EVs, 252 spe EVs, an adamant/ jolly nature, and a Pure Power ability, Mega Medicham has the potential to outspeed and defeat its opponents with a super effective hit. Since it only has maxed EVs on both the atk and spe stats, it is vulnerable to physical and special attackers because of its rather decent def and sp def. Mega Medicham is meant to hit as hard as possible before fainting, but if needed a little longer it is recommended pairing it with an ally that has access to the move follow me, and be bulky enough to take various hits from its opponents.
