This is a continuation from my last question. Cause since you can't know a Pokemon's EVs that you haven't been keeping track. Is it possible to change the EVs for a stat over to another one, with an item of some sort?
No, but you can delete the EVs from a stat using Berrys that reduce EVs such as Kelpsy Berry. The Berrys will reduce 10 EVs each.
