Do set-damage moves break though Focus Sash or Focus Band?

Question

Moves like SonicBoom and Night Shade. Would a Pokemon holding a Focus item survive a OHKO from those moves, or will those moves ignore the Focus item?

The Focus Sash, Focus Band, the ability Sturdy - all those things will be undefeated by those type of moves.
