Yup. Link here- [here][1]

I recommend just counting. Buut.
I'll answer for the sake of it.

26 Pokémon with A
34 Pokémon with B
52 Pokémon with C
35 Pokémon with D
20 Pokémon with E
21 Pokémon with F
43 Pokémon with G
24 Pokémon with H
5 Pokémon with I
7 Pokémon with J
22 Pokémon with K
34 Pokémon with L
57 Pokémon with M
15 Pokémon with N
6 Pokémon with O
45 Pokémon with P
3 Pokémon with Q
25 Pokémon with R
94 Pokémon with S (Whew!)
34 Pokémon with T
5 Pokémon with U
21 Pokémon with V
23 Pokémon with W
2 Pokémon with X
4 Pokémon with Y
9 Pokémon with Z

Fact:

There was no Pokémon introduced in Generation I whose name starts with Q, U, X or Y.
There was no Pokémon introduced in Generation II whose name starts with V or Z.
There was no Pokémon introduced in Generation III whose name starts with O, Q, U, X or Y.
There was no Pokémon introduced in Generation IV whose name starts with J, N, O, Q, X or Z.
There was no Pokémon introduced in Generation V whose name starts with I, N, Q or X.

(P.S It may not be exact. I just spent most of my time counting all of it. Be happy. :D)

Also, this list counts the new X&Y Pokémon too. S is the most with M coming in second. X is the least.

Well kudos to anyone who'd bother to count but I'm pretty sure S has the most (at 100 or something) and X has the least (with two)
If you want to count for yourself you can do it here: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Pokémon_by_name

Also cause I felt like it, each letter has an average of 25.923077 Pokemon
Just 649 (amount of pokedex entries) + 25 (amount of announced X/Y) = 674, divide by 26 = the answer
