Are the Pokemon more aggressive when the Monster House music plays?

It seems like it to me and more Pokemon spawn also :/

(When I mean spawn I mean throughout the entire dungeon)

Yeah. When you enter a Monster House alot of Pokemon spawn together. There is also a change of music, and all the Pokemon in the Monster House will continuoslly follow you until they are all defeated. Also chances of rare Pokemon are increased. Your partner also stops following you (I think) just before you enter.

Sorry it doesn't answer my question... and the thing about your partner not following you is an IQ skill which I can't get now... I knew all this already but thanks :)

The Pokémon don't get any more aggressive, although it seems that way. It's just more attacks on you and less on them.
